- Contact form: your name, email address, and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone number, and the service you are interested in.
- Email and phone: the details you share when you write to us or call us.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers record basic technical details, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
- To provide services you engage us for.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Where your information is kept
Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to our mailbox, service@workexc.com. A copy is also stored in this website’s administration area, on our hosting provider’s server, so that no enquiry is lost. Only authorised WorkExc staff can see these messages.
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to respond to you, to provide our services, or to meet legal requirements, and then delete it.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies to track visitors.
To count visits, we use the Jetpack Stats service provided by Automattic (WordPress.com). It receives basic information about each visit, such as the page viewed, the browser used, and the approximate location, so we can see how many people use the site. Some images are delivered through WordPress.com’s image service so that pages load faster. These services are covered by Automattic’s privacy policy.
If we add other analytics or tools that use cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Links to other websites
Our pages link to our Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube pages and to Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Your rights
